Sanctions check

Guidelines for Clients

To ensure compliance with international trade laws and avoid delays or legal risks, clients are required to perform sanctions screening on cargo, counterparties, and shipping routes prior to transport booking. What Should Be Checked?

Cargo

Ensure the goods are not restricted or dual-use (e.g., military components, sensitive minerals).

Buyers/Sellers/Receivers

Confirm all parties are not on any global sanctions list.

Vessels and Flags

Verify vessels are not under sanctions or owned by restricted entities.

Trade Routes

Avoid ports or countries subject to embargoes or export controls.
